Mrs. Koeth has run the Technology department at St. Anthony Catholic School since 2022 and currently sees 4K-8th grade each week in the Computer Lab. She lives in Weimar with her husband and their daughter, who is a junior at Sacred Heart Catholic High School. Their son is currently a senior at The University of Texas at Austin, and the family also has two rescue dogs, Prince and Bandit. This marks Mrs. Koeth's twelfth year in education with the Diocese of Victoria.

Mrs. Koeth's never-ending love of literacy continues to be evident as she has been managing the Reach Out and Read program at the Youens and Duchicela Clinic in Weimar for the past seventeen years. In fact, she was one of the individuals who helped first bring this national pediatric literacy program to Austin TX while serving in AmeriCorps in 1999.
